Grief is something we will all go through, probably multiple times. Grief is often thought about the most around death but grief can be experienced at the point of any loss. Think about losing a job, relationship, pet, friendship etc. These are things that may not be directly related to death but it's the end of something in your life.
Regardless of grief being around death or another loss, there are some great resources out there for you. I've compiled some of my favorite resources that I use the most often in my therapy practice. You may notice that several are geared at kids too. Therapy resources for kids are harder to find so I like to include these when I can. Let me know what you think!
